Not happy with your Pawzenza order? We've got you.
Email us within 15 days of receiving your purchase and we'll arrange a full refund or free replacement — whichever you prefer. No complicated processes, no long waits, no runaround. Just email us and we'll handle everything.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards 
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered , email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund straight away. You do not need to return the item.

Partial refunds

In certain situations a partial refund may be issued:
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts due to customer handling
  • Return requests made after the 15-day window

How refunds are processed

Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll email you confirmation within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Simply email us at support@pawzenza.shop with your order number and reason for return or write your message at our Contact Us page. That's it. We'll take it from there.

Shipping costs

We cover all return shipping fees for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For change of mind returns, a small return shipping fee may apply.
